Pranayam, distinct breathing exercises are also essential in yoga. Also, make sure that the author of the yoga book has put the impact and significance of respiratory exercises in detail.

Business owners are utilizing the enormous potential of voice based messaging services in developing their business. On the other side, customers are using voice based services for solving their queries regarding the products or services being used by them in their daily life.

Voice messages are similar to other approaches of customer contact in planning and execution only. We start with identification of goals to be achieved, establishing a budget accordingly, and defining an overall strategy to make all these things a huge success. After all this home work, we identify our offers or call to action, then prepare a list of people or potential customers to be targeted, and develop creative thereon.

However, apart from these similarities there are several key differences too. Most influential key differences include:

1. More rapid time-to-launch

2. greater creative flexibility, and

3. A lower cost-per-contact.

Voice Messaging vs. Direct Mailing Systems

Let’s compare voice messaging with traditional direct mailing system. A typical direct mailing campaign can take eight to ten weeks to implement. Depending upon the volume of mails the cost may increase of decrease, the unit cost may be anywhere from $0.27 per piece to over $1.00. Thinking of Selling Your Home? Don’t Believe the Hype When Hiring a Realtor to Represent You

November 30th, 2008 by gettowork

Just peruse through the Sunday newspaper, real estate books or scan various Realtor websites and you will see a lot of hype.

  • Largest Producer!
  • If we don’t sell your home we will buy it!
  • Your home sold in 39 days or we will sell it for free!
  • We will advertise your home auto insurance rate quote it is sold!
  • We guarantee to save you $5,000 on your next home purchase!
  • We will sell your home for 1% 2% or 3%!
  • #1 Real Estate Agent!

Real estate is a cutthroat, competitive industry. Realtors are always trying to find new ways to attract home buyers and sellers. With so many to choose from Realtors are constantly trying to make themselves stand out from the crowd. With this desire to be different we naturally create a lot of hype.

Let’s go through a few of the more common ways Realtors try to grab your attention.

Largest Producer!

People should be impressed by any agent that is the largest producer. Right? What if that Realtor is in a 2 or 3 agent office? It is not as impressive anymore. What if the agent was the largest producer for just one week? They don’t advertise that information. Again, not as quite as impressive. Most people just assume that the agent is the either the largest producer ever or for atleast a long period of time like a year.

If we don’t sell your home we will buy it!

Are these Realtors so confident in their ability to sell your home that they will buy it if it does not sell? Not really. If you read through the details you will see that the chances of the Realtor buying your home are slim to none. Most of the agents who advertise this have never bought one of their client’s homes. In order for the agent to purchase your home there are usually numerous requirements such as them buying your home for the appraised value minus various costs like financing and marketing (broker commissions) fees. In the end, it does not make much sense for the home owner to sell to the Realtor.

Your home sold in 30 days or we will sell it for free!

This one is similar to the above hyped program. Typically, there is a list of things the homeowner would have to do to get the Realtor to sell his house without a commission. In reality, it rarely happens. Typically, the Realtor requires that the homeowner price the property at a value given by an appraiser or by the real estate agent. Other requirements may be:

  • the asking price of the home needs to be dropped frequently
  • when the home sells the homeowner would be required to buy his next house through the same real estate agent
  • the home would be required to be in showing condition all of the time
  • the home would also be required to be easily seen on short notice.

If the homeowner does not perform on any these tasks then the Realtor would not be required to sell the home free. There are all kinds of caveats that the agent can have to get them out of selling your home for free. Some of them are very entertaining.

We will advertise your home until it is sold!

Most Realtors will do this one without too many caveats. Most agents know that advertising rarely sells a home. A very small percentage of people buy the home they originally called on. The main purpose of advertising by a Realtor is not to sell your house directly. Advertising generates phone calls and some of those people become clients of the Realtor. Over time this builds up a list of home buyers looking for property. Another reason Realtors like to advertise is to get future listings. People thinking about selling will usually interview agents that advertise heavily. So when an agent tells you how much they plan to advertise your home keep in mind that most of that advertising benefits the Realtor and not your house.

We guarantee to save you $5,000 on your next home purchase!

Most home sellers have a Montana Lemon Laws in cushion in their asking price. Here in Sarasota, Florida on the average a home will sell for about 97% of list price. If I sell a home for $350,000 chances are that the home was listed for $360,000 - $365,000. In this situation it would be pretty easy for the selling agent to say he saved his buyer $10,000 - $15,000. Was the agent such a shrewd negotiator that he got the seller to drop his price? Most likely not. The seller probably just factored a 3-5% cushion into their asking price.

In many instances, especially in hot markets, homes sell at or above their asking price. Most Realtors who advertise these guarantees either give you something small such as a home warranty or a some other type of buyer credit if they do not help you negotiate a lower price.

We will sell your home for 1% 2% or 3%!

This is another hook that Realtors use to attract home sellers. Usually this 1% 2% or 3% is the listing agent’s fee for selling your home but it does not include any co-broke fees.

Depending on the market, sellers will list their home anywhere from 5%-7%. What happens now is that the listing agents goes to the Realtor community via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and offers a co-broke fee (usually 3% or half of the total commission). If the other agent brings the buyer he is paid the co-broke fee. The majority of real estate transaction involve 2 Realtors. Therfore, the 6% total commission is split between the two agents. Often times when an agent advertises 1% 2% or 3% they are only advertising their fee but the commission goes up if you want your house listed on the MLS. Most of the time it is crucial to have your home listed on the MLS.

#1 Real Estate Agent!

#1 at what? Are they the absolute best Realtor in the world? Have they sold the most real estate? Are they always the biggest producer? Did they sell the most homes last week, last month, last year?

I see Realtors throw this one around alot. Any real estate agent can #1 at something on any given day. There are so many statistics in this industry that it would be pretty hard not to find an agent to be #1 at something. I think agents use this one because it tends to grab people’s attention more.

I think it is normal to see this type of marketing in a highly competitive industry. I feel it is the nature of the business and there is nothing wrong with it. Many successful agents have used or are currently using these marketing ideas. When looking to find an real estate remember not everything is as it seems.

The “Give Me More Traffic Now” Article Set - Number 11 of 11

November 29th, 2008 by gettowork

To start, I want to let any of you who Atlanta personal injury lawyers not yet read the previous article know what was covered:

-Using competitor analysis for sources of traffic, link building, and increasing our reputation,
-the benefits of a “stickied thread”,
-and the last one was using and holding a competition for traffic and links.

Well, here we are my friends, at the end of the road, the last article of the set, the number 11 out of 11. Enjoy.

One of the last methods for traffic generation and search engine popularity I want you to have or know, is to use social media communities. Every times you show your face in these hubs of internet activity, you are doing wonders for your traffic, revenue, and success. They will help you expose your web presence, and will really help you be regularly visited. They help you increase the size of your audience, they extend your reach, and they are great sources for referral traffic. I advise though, that you stick to using and promoting one to three of them at most. I just feel you will end up creating a certain level of inefficiency that can be avoided by sticking to a couple that will compliment your site well.

Next is to make a meme. This is a post formula in which a few or several bloggers all intentionally link to one another creating an un-ending circle of travel. Probably the easiest method to achieve a meme, is to answer questions, and then tag a few other bloggers that the questions would be relevant to. Hopefully these bloggers you tag, will also answer the questions with their knowledge, and then link back to you. It must be something that is interesting and or entertaining, or this method will fail.

Now last, but certainly not least in this set of articles, is to CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE! Change your attitude. This is the thing that will actually set you free, and truly allow you to blossom into the wonderful and valuable entity you are destined to be. People too commonly think that things that happen, cause there emotion, but that is not the case. It is actually the thoughts you CHOOSE to have about the thing that happened, that then give birth to your emotional state. So change your attitude, and change your thoughts and views. This is the root correction, and the most guaranteed and successful way to implement positive changes. If you attitude and views scream out that the only reality that could possibly exist, is your complete and total success, and that YOUR business is booming, then regardless of what the masses think, you will excel! You must believe you deserve your success, and you must believe you are a valuable part of the online population.

Finally, I want to thank you once more for sharing so much of your valuable time with me. I am very appreciative to have had the opportunity to give my experience to you. I also would like to extend my gratitude once again, for your relentless pursuit of perfection, and improvement. It is surely an admirable drive that you have.

November 29th, 2008 by gettowork

Fondly called a “Turkey Trot” when your group does it around the Thanksgiving holiday - this can be the perfect fundraiser to get your community, friends and Oakland personal injury lawyers to support you and support getting in shape. It’s best to use the time leading up to the Thanksgiving holidays to get sponsors for your participants (including Thanksgiving when everyone is focused on their need to get in shape after all of the indulgent eating). Then, the weekend after Thanksgiving your group members can work off those meals in a Turkey Trot fundraiser.

This fundraiser is great for groups who are tired of selling products but are willing to actively participate and get the support of their friends and family.

Each member simply asks friends and family members to donate for your group’s cause. They can ask for donations for each lap that they run or walk. Or, they can simply ask for flat donations for the effort. It is easy to get flat donations from people as the donor can give your member the money right away rather than having to come auto insurance companys after the run/walk to collect the donation. However, it is fun to see something as small as $.25 per lap turn into big fundraising dollars.

A great way to make even more money is to ask companies and local businesses to sponsor your run in the turkey trot - you may find that their “small” donations of $1-2 dollars per lap turn into huge profits for your next fundraiser!

How to Create an Effective Opt-In Form For Your Email Marketing Campaigns

November 29th, 2008 by gettowork

If you are into email marketing, you must know the importance of opt-in form. You can either use it on your own site or build a separate page for it. I personally suggest that you build a separate page for your opt-in campaign. It helps user to focus on the specific thing you are offering.

There are certain rules to create an effective opt-in form. Perhaps, this is the hardest part in an email marketing campaign right before creating an enticing sales message. People are getting weary of opt-in forms so they are not giving out their contact information these days. However, do not assume that opt-in marketing is dead. It is not. It’s just related to how you present the enticing offer for opt-ins.

People are not creating good offers these days. They tend to give away free stuff that is really free elsewhere. So the golden rule is to create a strong offer and give your visitors something really hard to resist. 99% chances are they injury lawyer Boston never resist the offer and take it up. For example, you are selling dog training course. You need to give away a few videos of you training a dog. Ask people to watch the second part by entering their name and email address. This way they personal injury attorneys Iowa eagerly type in their email addresses and name and access the part 2 of the video.

Positioning It stands to reason that the more often your prospects are exposed to your signup form the greater the chance that they will notice it — and actually sign up. But as with anything else, people also have a saturation point and if they are exposed to a message too often it can backfire as well. It’s always best to strategically place your signup forms and approach a prospect and customer when they are the most receptive. We have found the best places to put a signup form are either on the top right of a page, on the left hand navigation bar, or at the bottom of the page directly after the content.

Enticement An effective signup form is only as good as its enticement. Your “enticement line” will play a key role in attracting attention and convincing people to trust you enough to give you their contact information. It’s best to explain the benefits of your enticement and include a few samples, testimonials and a strong call to action.

An example “enticement line” would be: Subscribe to the Garden Tips Monthly Newsletter now to receive tips, tricks, and techniques from experts on how to better grow and care for the most beautiful garden in your neighborhood.

Offer OptIn Incentives There are a variety of incentives that when used properly will significantly increase conversion rates. Bonuses like, whitepapers, discounts and special reports have been proven to entice prospects into leaving contact information as well as their permission to be contacted with further information. Within your welcome message, you automatically provide a link to extras that you promise or include coupon codes.

Form Design A well designed registration form can substantially improve conversion rates. Far too often, complex registration forms that are not clearly explained make a consumer skeptical. Unless you are integrated your sales lead form with your newsletter subscription form, it’s wise to keep your registration form simple and the information you request to a minimum. Focus on the key contact information first and throughout your relationship request additional details.

To maximize subscriptions, most site owners will just ask for first name and email address initially. On your form make sure you clearly outline your privacy policy, as well as what customers will receive after they signup.

Specific aspects include:

  2. Forward movement
  3. Split steps
  4. Before hitting the ball

Side to side movement

Moving from one side of the court to the other is fairly simple. Your basic footwork move will be a shuffle (facing forward moving sideways). While moving from one side of the court to the other make sure you do not cross one leg of the other. If you are learning about footwork for the first time, do not worry about this crossover step.
