The XXI century brought new challenges for power control. As it seems, there is more and more human beings on the planet Earth. In order to preserve the control of the power, certain groups on this planet go as far as implmenting radio-transmitters underneath the skin of a human being that needs to be monitored. A computer chip that tells certain group of people of your whereabouts.

This way one can control inquisitive children or senile seniors.

But … what if this technology gets abused?
